I have used this program for years and all of the sudden it does not work. I cannot find how to fix it. I tried to reinstall from my disc but it will not work. What is up with this?

I had purchased Sylcount IV Gold a few years ago and liked it very much. But I had to get a new computer and want to install it there and I cannot get it to activate. I would be glad to purchase it again but it doesn't seem to be available (I can download it but not activate)
